Where we ship from
All SporeShield orders are packed and shipped from Birmingham, UK. We use Royal Mail for all domestic and international deliveries.

UK delivery
Standard — free, 3-5 working days
Express — £2.99, 1-2 working days

USA delivery
Standard — £6.99, 7-14 working days

Europe delivery
Standard — £6.99, 5-10 working days

Free shipping on bundles
All 90 pack bundle orders qualify for free standard shipping worldwide. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Order tracking
Express orders include full Royal Mail tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment. During busy periods this may extend to 3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Returns and damaged orders
We want every SporeShield order to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us at hello@sporeshield.co within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right — no hassle, no lengthy returns process.

We don't accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty. If you have any concerns before opening your order please get in touch first and we'll do our best to help.
